Energy Drinks are they all the same?

Energy Drinks are almost a necessity in today's world, with all the activites we have going on. Most people find themselves looking for that extra boost of energy and when they do they then have to figure out which energy drink beverage will best meet their need. There are drinks which offer energy for a certain period of time along with all kinds of other benefits. There are a multitude of flavors available from coffee to some exotic fruit flavors, if you can imagine it, then it is probably out there. Anything you could possibly want is on the shelves of your favorite store or a site online. Here is the challenging part, which energy drink is the best for you or is there such a drink?

The huge majority of energy drinks in the marketplace nowadays are loaded with caffeine, sugar, and a list of ingredients from A-Z that the masses don't realize and cannot articulate. If you are at all health aware, you have to ask yourself if those are things you want to put in your body, but today it is not just those that fitness mindful that are having second thoughts. It's parents with teenagers, high school coaches that are apprehensive about their athletes devouring these products. Do you in reality want to drink or have those you know, love and care about consuming an energy drink that comes with a word of warning label? I think not. There are plenty of points to mull over: the total of calories, the quantity of sugar but not just the amount of sugar but what it is derived from. The bulk of these drinks are full with caffeine, they also have Guarana Seed Extract which is rich in caffeine as well. A lot of the energy drinks on the market include more caffeine than daily suggested amount, too much caffeine is harmful. A number of energy drinks have as much as 300 milligrams of caffeine. Since these drinks are loaded with sugar and caffeine many times the person consuming them feel or can experience a range of problems such as jumpiness, difficulty concentrating, difficulty resting, not to cite the crash after it wears off. So are there any real healthy energy drinks offered that don't require a caution label?

The good news is certainly yes there is. There are energy drinks which offer less sugar, fewer calories and also less caffeine but it does not end there. There are now energy drinks that have their main ingredients as the acai berry, mangosteen and quercetin. They also have vitamins and minerals, plus no preservatives. These are all natural and guilt free, no warning label and as an added bonus taste great. These beverages provide that extra energy increase, help with a person's frame of mind all without the crash. No rapid increase of energy, but a slow increase that you become aware of over time. When you pick up a can the first thing you notice is there is no warning label telling you these are not for pregnant women, children etc. They don't tell you not to consume more than three in a day, that alone adds some peace of mind, as we stated at the start we could all use additional energy and now it is accessible in healthy energy drinks. No warning label but also a label of ingredients that you can actually understand. So the next time you need a boost of energy reach for a healthy energy drink and one that is not about propaganda or how much was spent on advertising to get you to buy it. Just understand there are healthy energy drinks that you and your family can benefit from.
