Efusjon is increasing the Matrix Residual Payout percentages to 4.5% (or $5.40) for Direct/Green Volume and 2.25% ($2.70) for Overlap/Orange Volume.

Variance: Efusjon will be implementing a 50% max payout rule that goes as follows: for any given month, if Efusjon’s payout to the field exceeds 50%, all qualified Executives company-wide will receive the equivalent reduction in commissions as Efusjon lowers the payout to 50%. On the flip side, if Efusjon’s payout to the field ever falls short of 50%, all qualified Executives company-wide will receive the equivalent increase in commissions as Efusjon moves the payout to 50% for that month. This is truly win-win and this type of payout is unprecedented in the network marketing industry.

Builder’s Bonus Pool: Starting October 1st 2009, Efusjon will be placing 3% of the Company’s total monthly sales into a Builder’s Bonus Pool. The top 30 builders inGreen Volume (or Direct Volume) will take part in the bonus pool for that month.

Here is a basic example: Efusjon does $10,000,000 in monthly sales. $300,000 (or 3%) will be placed into the Builder’s Bonus Pool for that month and the top 30 Builders’ Green Volumes are all “pooled” together. If you are the month’s top green volume producer for that month and your personal volume is responsible for 10% of the builder’s cumulative total, you will receive $30,000 (or 10% of $300,000).
